STRIDE Fitness delivers a full-body cardio and strength experience designed for all fitness levels. Our 55-minute interval classes blend treadmill work with floor-based strength training to help members build stamina, strength, and confidence whether they prefer walking, jogging, or running.

About the Role
The Sales Advisor is the first impression of STRIDE Fitness. This front-facing, high-energy position focuses on membership growth, delivering an exceptional studio experience, and helping expand a community of motivated walkers, joggers, and runners.

Key Responsibilities

Sales and Membership Growth
Make 50+ outbound calls daily to warm leads and past inquiries
Conduct studio tours that highlight our brand and community
Present and sell memberships and class packages
Overcome objections with professionalism and empathy
Upsell retail products and services

Client Experience and Operations
Greet and assist clients with check-ins, bookings, and inquiries
Maintain a clean and welcoming studio environment
Support daily operations and collaborate with the coaching team
Use CRM tools such as ClubReady to track leads and manage follow-ups

Marketing and Community Engagement
Participate in referral programs, promotions, and local events
Support grassroots marketing campaigns
Represent STRIDE Fitness as a brand ambassador in the community

Qualifications
1+ years of experience in fitness, wellness, spa, or membership-based sales
Comfortable with high-volume outbound calls and meeting sales goals
Strong communication and interpersonal skills
Organized, tech-savvy, and goal-oriented
Passion for fitness, wellness, and community engagement
Ability to work early mornings (as early as 5:30 AM) and at least one weekend day
