Job Description:

Roles and Responsibilities

  • Drive membership sales to achieve and exceed monthly revenue goals

  • Manage the full sales process, including lead generation, follow-up, and closing

  • Develop and execute sales strategies and promotional initiatives to maximize lead flow and conversion

  • Monitor, track, and report sales KPIs with monthly performance reviews alongside the studio owner

  • Recruit, train, and motivate a high-performing team of Sales Advisors

  • Provide ongoing coaching, feedback, and performance reviews to support sales team success

  • Create a positive, high-energy culture centered on accountability, teamwork, and results

  • Build strong relationships with members and the local community to promote retention and referrals

  • Implement follow-up systems to enhance member satisfaction and engagement

  • Partner with the Marketing and Operations Director to execute local outreach, community events, and partnerships

  • Support the long-term financial health of the studio through intelligent, data-driven decision-making
